Celebrating Pride Month: Fostering Inclusion and Advocacy

At Witsaroot Lee & Li Consulting, we believe in creating a workplace that embraces diversity, fosters inclusivity, and celebrates the unique identities of our employees. As part of our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusiveness, we dedicated the month of June to commemorate Pride Month. Throughout this meaningful period, we organized a series of impactful activities and initiatives that aimed to raise awareness, support the LGBTQ+ community, and advocate for positive change. In this blog post, we are thrilled to share the exciting initiatives we undertook to celebrate Pride Month. Throwing back to the colourful month of June, here are some activities that took place:

To raise awareness and promote understanding, we developed and implemented several internal communication campaigns focused on Pride Month. Our dedicated team crafted informational emails, designed eye-catching posters and digital displays, and shared educational resources that shed light on LGBTQ+ history and issues. By providing our employees with valuable knowledge and insights, we aimed to foster empathy, inclusivity, and respect within our organization.


Celebrating diversity and unity, our company organized a range of pride events that brought our employees together in a spirit of celebration. We actively supported the Bangkok's 2nd official pride parade, joining hands with the LGBTQ+ community and standing in solidarity with their cause. These events allowed us to embrace diversity, promote acceptance, and strengthen our bonds as a united community.

Collaboration with our relevant departments was crucial to ensuring that our company policies and practices reflect our commitment to inclusivity and support for LGBTQ+ employees. We conducted a comprehensive review of our policies, focusing on non-discrimination, gender identity, and same-sex partner benefits. Through this process, we identified areas for improvement and made necessary updates to ensure that our policies are fair, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of our LGBTQ+ team members. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

As part of our Pride Month celebrations, we have also introduced several creative initiatives that showcased our company's values and further promoted LGBTQ+ visibility and acceptance. We designed and printed vibrant Pride Month T-shirts bearing the slogan "We take #pride in what we do," symbolizing our collective commitment to excellence and inclusivity. These T-shirts served as a visible expression of our support for the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, we leveraged our social media platforms to share awareness posts throughout the month, engaging our employees and followers in important conversations about equality, love, and acceptance. We were proud to see our partner companies joining us in spreading awareness by sharing similar messages on their social media accounts.


Pride Month at WL&L was a time of celebration, education, and advocacy. By fostering awareness through our campaigns, organizing pride events, reviewing policies, and engaging our employees and partners, we demonstrated our unwavering commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality. We are proud to be a company that embraces diversity and values each individual's unique contributions. As we move forward, we will continue to champion inclusivity and actively support the LGBTQ+ community, not only during Pride Month but throughout the year. Together, we can create a more inclusive and accepting world for all.
