 What is Marriage Visa?

The Non-Immigrant O (Marriage) visa allows foreigners married to Thai nationals to stay in Thailand for one year at a time, with the option to extend annually. It is one of the most stable pathways for spouses of Thai citizens to legally live and work in Thailand.
