Company registration

Company bank account opening
All you need to do is provide us with the details of your preferred bank and branch, the type of account you require, and the authorized signatory. We will take care of the rest, ensuring a seamless process for opening your company bank account.
Step 5
VAT registration
Registering for VAT becomes necessary when employing foreigners or surpassing an annual revenue of 1.8M THB. To facilitate the process, we will require documents from the owner of your business premises and a copy of the lease agreement. Social fund registration
In order to comply with SSF regulations, it is necessary to register your employees (both Thai and foreign) with the Social Security Fund.
