Step 2
Document preparation & filing
Leave the hassle of gathering crucial information, preparing necessary paperwork, collecting your signature, and submitting documents to DBD to us. We'll handle these tasks seamlessly for your new company.
Step 3
Company registration
The processing time for your company registration will vary based on the unique requirements of your business. Upon completion, you will receive the registration documents along with a dedicated company/tax ID for your records.
Step 4
Company bank account opening
All you need to do is provide us with the details of your preferred bank and branch, the type of account you require, and the authorized signatory. We will take care of the rest, ensuring a seamless process for opening your company bank account.
Step 5
VAT registration
Registering for VAT becomes necessary when employing foreigners or surpassing an annual revenue of 1.8M THB. To facilitate the process, we will require documents from the owner of your business premises and a copy of the lease agreement. Our team will guide you through the procedure, ensuring a smooth VAT registration experience.

In order to comply with SSF regulations, it is necessary to register your employees (both Thai and foreign) with the Social Security Fund. To facilitate this process, we will require copies of their ID cards, workplace photos, as well as salary and position details. This registration is crucial for the visa extension process (step 9), and our team will assist you in ensuring a seamless and compliant registration
